Players choose the route of the levels (described below), and then after a short loading time, players see a selected bus either at the bus station or terminal. After stopping at the first stop, the bus must be driven along the correct route (shown at the junction with the orange arrow) while obey all traffic rules and stop at all bus stops. If a player fails to do so, points will be deducted from their score. When the game starts, one level of the route, which includes six buses, are available. In total, there are six degrees, thirty-six and thirteen bus routes. In order to unlock the next level, players must drive at least four of the buses successfully. As the game progresses, the route becomes difficult. Players will lose points if they do not obey traffic laws, angry passengers (with the brakes too hard or cause an accident) or they depart from the bus stop too early, or even if they leave passengers waiting at bus stops. Instead, players will earn points to obey traffic rules and be on time.
Although the Czech game, many of the names of bus stops are named after significant places in Greater London, England, as Debden, Collier Row, Feltham, Potters Bar and Westminster terminals.
